About Us
We are a church that believes, preaches, and teaches the Bible, consisting of the 66 books, as the complete counsel of God. Following the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith, we are committed to promoting and upholding the Reformed faith, also known as ‘the doctrines of grace.’Our focus is on spreading the Reformed faith in our cities and towns, with the expectation that it will influence our villages.
We pursue this purpose by loving God through worship, building one another through edification, and reaching our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ in both word and deed.
Our ministry is focused around three main areas:
Upreach – Worshiping God
We glorify God together through congregational singing, corporate prayer, faithful preaching, the Lord’s Supper, and sacrificial giving. Our worship is rooted in Scripture and shaped by reverence.
Inreach – Building Up the Church
We are committed to strengthening the body through Sunday school, pastoral care, small group fellowship, biblical counseling, and intentional teaching ministries for all ages and stages of life.
Outreach – Reaching the World
As ambassadors of Christ, we engage in evangelism through personal witness, door-to-door outreach, Vacation Bible School, and the support of local church plants, such as our partnership with Bomet Church.
Biblical Teaching
We are a Word-centered church, committed to the public reading of Scripture and faithful exposition of both the Old and New Testaments, equipping men to preach and shepherd God’s flock.
Fellowship & Care
We nurture love and unity through informal fellowship after services, compassionate care in times of need, and mutual encouragement within our ministries — men’s, women’s, family, and youth.
Biblical Leadership & Structure
Our church is led by a plurality of elders and supported by deacons. We are guided by our constitution and seek to grow in accountability, transparency, and faithful stewardship of resources.
Ordinances of the Church
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper monthly and welcome into membership those baptized by full immersion as a public sign of faith in Christ and union with His death and resurrection.
Stewardship & Giving
We encourage regular, sacrificial giving in support of gospel ministry, trusting God’s provision to meet our needs and fuel our mission.
